Thursday, June 21	Drove to Roswell, NM	Did Indian Pueblo Cultural Museum then drove to RV park
Friday, June 22	Carlsbad Caverns	Did UFO Museum in Roswell then drove to explore Carlsbad Caverns, then drove to just outside of Lubbock for overnight free park
Saturday, June 23	Lubbock, TX	Did Prairie Dog Town then Ranching Museum and Bahama Bucks before driving to McKinney for French Dip dinner with my parents!
Sunday, June 24	McKinney, TX	Pool day and pizza with friends
Monday, June 25	McKinney, TX	Mom & I organized our RV pantry, then Reid & I made NM hot chicken for dinner
Tuesday, June 26	McKinney, TX	More organizing, fridge and cabinets, queso and margs happy hour(s) with Caitlin

Sunday, August 5	Mexico, MO	Queso lunch and family visits with the Dickherbers

Wednesday, August 15	St. Louis, MO	Reid worked on the AC most of the day, then took me on a date night to get St. Louis-style pizza and saw some live music at a whiskey bar

Tuesday, August 21	Louisville, KY	Laundry day, dealing with re-routing our deliveries that got returned after General Delivery to USPS didn’t work thru Amazon
Wednesday, August 22	Louisville, KY	Kentucky Derby Museum and Churchill Downs tour, KY Hot Brown for lunch, Bulleit Bourbon distillery tour to kick off our own Bourbon trail!
Thursday, August 23	Lousville, KY	Finished KY Derby Museum exhibits I didn’t get to yesterday while Reid took our car to get tire patched and oil changed, then Jim Beam distillery tour and tasting, Outback for dinner date with giftcards we had
Friday, August 24	Lexington, KY	Tour Wild Turkey and Woodford Reserve to complete our Bourbon Trail
