All the things I’ve set out to do at one point or another that I always feel I “should” be doing:

  • Yoga with Adriene monthly calendars
  • Cardio exercise 30 mins 3x/week
  • Calm app daily meditation
  • Bullet Journaling / planning
  • Morning Pages freeform journaling, or coming up with my own journal method
  • Time Block scheduling for the work week + personal weekly schedule
  • DailyOM Best Year of Your Life online course (a weekly challenge for 52 weeks)
  • DailyOM Breaking Free from Anxiety course
  • Kyle Cease’s The Limitation Game: Interactive
  • MasterClass.com writing courses by Judy Blume, James Patterson, & more
  • Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis study guide/workbook
  • Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis discussion guide #theGSAclub
  • Brushing Lincoln every day until he gets used to it enough for it not to be such a traumatizing process and can go to regularly once/week
  • You-Nicorn Goal-setting course
  • Meal prep for the week ahead
