- Cardio exercise 30 mins 3x/week
- Calm app daily meditation
- Bullet Journaling / planning
- Morning Pages freeform journaling, or coming up with my own journal method
- Time Block scheduling for the work week + personal weekly schedule
- DailyOM Best Year of Your Life online course (a weekly challenge for 52 weeks)
- DailyOM Breaking Free from Anxiety course
- Kyle Cease’s The Limitation Game: Interactive
- MasterClass.com writing courses by Judy Blume, James Patterson, & more
- Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis study guide/workbook
- Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis discussion guide #theGSAclub
- Brushing Lincoln every day until he gets used to it enough for it not to be such a traumatizing process and can go to regularly once/week
- You-Nicorn Goal-setting course
- Meal prep for the week ahead
